A Memorial Service program was published by VCOC Secretary with the names of those chapter members who died in the past 2 years.  When the chapter name was read by VCOC Secretary, COL Jim Brown, USA, Ret, a chapter member placed a red rose in a vase and then a bell was tolled by Col Revilla in remembrance.

CoL Revilla gave us an update about our national memorial day (see "Document Library" - this page) and provided the invocation and benediction.
