VCOC MEETS QUARTERLY
The Virginia Council of Chapters meets quarterly - usually in JANUARY, APRIL*, JULY & OCTOBER.  Historically, most meetings were at Fort Lee Virginia (at either the Quartermaster Museum, Women's museum, or Fort Lee Club), a centralized location.  Meetings are occasionally hosted elsewhere, by Virginia chapters.  Quarterly VCOC meetings are generally held from 10 AM to 2:30 or 3 PM.  Once every two years the VCOC holds an expanded biennial dinner meeting with officers elected at the daytime meeting and sworn-in at the dinner that night.  The next biennial meeting will be in Oct 2011.
  * April meeting is held in March to allow time before Congressional Luncheon
