REPORTS HELP CHAPTERS BY:

Tracking progress toward goals (including legislative, recruiting, publicity, vitality).

Cross-feeding best practices among all Virginia chapters.

Evaluating and summarizing chapter activities for chapter management/leadership.

Documenting reference material for chapter submission of awards, including annual MOAA Communication and Excellence Awards.

Providing info to VCOC MOAA chair of Membership - Chapter Affairs, and other VCOC Leaders, that may be helpful to your chapter and other chapters.

LIST ONLY ONE CONTACT PERSON.  Any changes to other chapter leader contact info (President, VCOC Rep, Legislative Rep, Auxiliary Liaison, Public Affairs Officer, Membership Chair) are to be sent instead to the VCOC Secretary, and only when changes occur.
